Marketing Team
Our Marketing Team includes specialists who, with our guidance, produce digital and printed collateral and advertising necessary to promote your property. They assist with media outreach, using online technology, video, social media, quality print materials, and targeted publications to market your property for a successful sale. Together, we prepare beautiful campaign elements and collateral designed to attract qualified buyers for every listing. A strong web presence is important to inform, attract and “Wow!” potential buyers.
Additionally, we work with and manage our house prep team to prepare your property for market. Our network includes creative stagers, colorists, plasterers and painters, flooring specialists, contractors and tradespeople, landscape and gardeners, handy-people, professional photographers and videographers to make sure your home is portrayed in the best light, showcasing features and details that make your property special.
Transaction Team
Our Managers and Compliance and Transaction Team help us coordinate each transaction, from the initial listing to the successful close of escrow.
Our Transaction Coordinator, Kristen Parkinson, keeps our transactions on track and helps gather all necessary documents and signatures. She works using an online transaction management system to ensure that files are managed efficiently and professionally.
Our Transaction Manager, Sabrina Fields, makes sure our listings include complete disclosure information, and that all requirements are met. She audits paperwork and files so that our clients are informed and protected on every front.
Admin Team & Work Space
We work from several beautifully renovated and up-to-date offices: North Berkeley (across fromMonterey Market); El Cerrito; and two lovely Oakland offices in Montclair Village and in the Temescal neighborhood. Each office is fully equipped and provides the work and meeting space we need to plan, strategize and negotiate along every step of the transaction.
Ana and Pascal are supported in the office or remotely by a team of friendly, efficient office managers, marketing and transaction team members, sales managers and legal counsel. Our clients enjoy excellent service, timely and polite communication, expert advice and advocacy, and a clean, spacious, well-lit productive space to meet, negotiate, plan and work. Office staff are available to assist with the administrative tasks from printing and copying, to ordering signs, to reserving conference rooms and providing the supplies we need.
