We focus heavily on marketing your listing on the most important real estate websites, as well as a comprehensive social media campaign. In addition to marketing outreach to home buyers, we leverage our professional network – both inside and beyond our brokerage. Working within the agency, we market directly to the nearly 200 active Red Oak agents. We work closely with our colleagues on pricing consultation, marketing ideas and support. Networking within the brokerage community, we promote our property listings on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), social media in general and within local real estate groups, and send out regular email updates to the agent community. We hold special Broker's Tours (serving delicious refreshments to attract the largest turn-out). We collaborate with and market to all active real estate agents, encouraging and facilitating property showings, information exchange, and smooth transactions.
